HORUS NX is an industrial data framework that helps factories understand what’s happening on the shop floor in real time and over time. While we build our new website, our technology continues operating in production environments since 2016.

We connect industrial equipment to the cloud and turn raw machine signals into easy-to-understand information for operations teams.

Connect: collect data from CNC/PLC/sensors via edge devices.
See: live status, downtime, alarms, and utilization.
Improve: analytics for OEE and continuous improvement.

AI-assisted analysis (optional)

Add an AI agent that can explore production data, identify patterns, explain anomalies, and suggest next actions with role-based access and approval workflows.

Root-cause suggestions for recurring downtime.
Correlate alarms with process conditions and shifts.

HUMAN4AI Project: Advancing AI-Driven Knowledge Management

A new research initiative is exploring how digital technologies can help manufacturing companies preserve, organize, and apply critical industrial knowledge more effectively across the full product lifecycle.

The project addresses key industry challenges such as workforce turnover, generational transition, and the need to make expert know-how more accessible for decision-making, onboarding, and operational continuity.

By investigating multimodal AI and flexible knowledge pipelines for industrial environments, the initiative aims to support more connected, adaptive, and competitive manufacturing models.

This initiative has been co-funded by the Basque Government (SPRI) and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund 2021–2027 (FEDER / ERDF).
