In a context marked by high specialization, staff turnover and generational handover, the project addresses the strategic challenge of preserving and structuring the intellectual capital generated throughout the product lifecycle and industrial processes, driving its integration into a digital environment that is accessible, flexible, and aligned with sustainability and regulatory compliance requirements.
Through research into artificial-intelligence-based technologies and innovative digital architectures, HUMAN4IN seeks to facilitate the capture, organization and application of expert knowledge across different industrial sectors, fostering more efficient decision-making and greater productivity. Collaboration among the consortium companies will make it possible to move toward a more digitalized, resilient industrial model, ready to face the challenges of the global market. Through its participation in this project, Zayer reaffirms its commitment to innovation, technological development, and the sustainable transformation of industry.
